BREAST SURGERY Breast Augmentation
Breast augmentation is one of the most common procedures performed here at Parkside Surgery Institute. Initially the patient is seen in consultation where the desired size of the breast will be discussed and mutually the size of the implant will be decided. Both techniques of over and under the muscle are available and will be discussed with the patient. After breast surgery, the patient can typically resume work within 48 hours. We have two types of breast implants saline (salt water) and silicone gel; the type of implant used will be selected on the bases of the patient, their need, and indication, all of which will be discussed individually with the patient.

Correction of the Large Breast in Men (Gynecomastia)
Unusual growth of male breast tissue, prevalent in adolescent males, is a condition which more often than not causes its subjects to grow self-conscious of themselves, especially those who are in the adolescent category. Further, this simple procedure is rewarding in that it is known to boost self-confidence and self-assurance in its subjects who are initially self-conscious of their condition.

Breast Reduction
We recommend this procedure to women with excessively large breasts causing back pain, shoulder pain, and deformed shape to the breast. This procedure has utilized the introduction of the newer cosmetic surgery techniques, which allows for a breast reduction with smaller scars, which is beneficial to all patients, and most of all the patients are able to resume the work after three to four days.

Breast Lift
It is quite common after multiple pregnancies that breasts may loose their volume, consistency, and may gain a sagging of the skin. In this situation we are able to reshape the breasts to a more perky and natural shape, further giving them a more natural projection. This procedure is known to have a fast recovery rate, at which the patient will be able to resume their work 48-hours after the procedure.
